House refrub & extension
A wrap-around extension creating a large, open-plan kitchen and living space. Existing internal floor levels were lowered to improve flow and proportions throughout the new layout. The project includes the installation of approximately 10 metres of bi-fold doors, opening the kitchen-living area directly onto the garden and enhancing natural light and indoor–outdoor connection. Works also comprise a new MVHR system, a fully upgraded heating system, two new bathrooms, and a bespoke kitchen, delivering a modern, efficient, and high-quality family living space.

Selected Works
As the brief called for a clean, single-level living space, particular attention was given to the management of ground levels. To achieve this, existing internal floor levels were carefully reduced, allowing for a new suspended floor construction and the full build-up required for underfloor heating. This approach ensured consistent finished floor levels throughout, delivering a seamless and well-resolved result.
The new space was carefully wrapped around the existing property, creating an open-plan arrangement while defining distinct zones to avoid the interior feeling overly expansive or undefined. Within this layout, a ground-floor wet room and a dedicated office were seamlessly integrated, enhancing both functionality and day-to-day living.
