Green Fern Building Services is led by Managing Director Jack Gibbs, who oversees client relationships, commercial matters and overall project delivery. Based in Tunbridge Wells, Green Fern delivers residential, commercial and heritage projects across Kent and East Sussex.

We undertake full home renovations, extensions, loft conversions and structural alterations, alongside sensitive work to period and listed properties. Our experience also includes commercial and hospitality refurbishments.

We understand that choosing a contractor is one of the most important decisions you will make during a building project. You need confidence not only in the finished work, but also in the people managing your home, budget and construction process.

As Principal Contractor, Green Fern coordinates the site team, specialist trades, materials, programme and technical information throughout the build. We work closely with your architect, structural engineer and other consultants to ensure the project is delivered in line with the agreed design.

Our approach is based on integrity, clear communication and careful project management. We provide clear points of contact, communicate decisions and costs openly, and remain accountable throughout the project.
